ETI FLIP CHIP
ETI Flip Chip LED is a new patented technology by mounting the LED diode upside down compared to the present day COB LED production. Flip chip not only significantly reduces thermal resistance and result in higher heat dissipation rate, but also smaller and square design makes its light beam more focused.
At the heart of the GoldPro LED headlight bulbs lie 2 ETI Flip Chips. They powered with 72 watts and flooded the road with 7200 lumens 2 times brighter than halogen bulbs, giving you 6000K pure white and clear vision of the road on the darkest of nights.
IC CIRCUIT BALLAST
Intelligent built-in IC circuit ballast effectively prevents LED damages from voltage variation and spikes. Within this ballast is an ultra-efficient chip specifically designed to connect to the LED system. Thanks to IC circuit ballast, this connection optimizes: heat protection, brightness output, and power efficiency, ensuring the clearest light pattern.
PLUG & PLAY
The GoldPro series perfectly matches most vehicle OEM sockets without issues. This allows for a hassle-free, mount-free installation. It's literally as easy as changing a light bulb. Only 0.1 second to 100% light up.
HEAT CONDUCTION
The thermal conductivity of the material that the heat sink is made from directly affects the dissipation efficiency through conduction. Normally this is aluminum, but copper as the solutions which offer better thermal transfer than aluminum with a lower weight plus the advantage for flat-sheet heat sinks. Plus, the thermal conductivity of Red Coppers reach 470W/m.k.
BUILT-IN TSPS
TSPS is the chip installed between copper board and fan. The function of it is to detect the temperature in time and automatically adjusts the brightness of headlights. For example, when temperature going high up to preset warning level of 194 ℉, the brightness will be decreased to 60% automatically. After proper temperature comes back, the brightness will recover to normal level fast.

Aviation Aluminum AL6063 Heat Sink Stays 35% cooler than the standard. The exclusive and solid aluminum material enhances shockproof function, reduces vibration frequency and cooperates fully with heating dissipation working to act in connect with the stability of chips. Regarding materials, VehiCode sacrificed nothing.
CYCLONE FAN
Special built-in cooling system and wind tunnel design realize the best cooling effect spinning at 9,000 rpm to deliver 5 CFM of air flow.

Normail Situation:
1. Access the headlights beneath the hood, inside the headligh mount.
2. Unplug the existing bulb by taking it out of the socket from under the hood.
3. Plug the new LED bulb into the socket.
If you installed the common bulbs in some cars like BMW, AUDI, BENZ, canbus light will reprot that some bulbs cannot work. That is because of the power of common bulb do not reach the requirement. How to solve the problem? The answer is canbus light. For some luxury brand and newest car owners, you probably need to purchase extra Anti-Flicker to resolve this issue.
