Return & Exchange

Vehicode wants to deliver an outstanding purchasing experience for its clients. Our goods are of excellent quality, and we want our clients to be happy with their purchases. If you are not pleased with our goods, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund or exchange.

Before requesting your return and refund or exchange:

  1. Please make sure the return date is within 30 days of the purchase date, otherwise your return or exchange request may be rejected.
  2. Please keep the returned items in new and unused conditions, otherwise the restocking fee that up to 50% may be occurred.
  3. Please understand the cost incurred by shipping and handling is unrefundable unless the return is caused by the fault of Vehicode or courier
  4. Related to exchange, if the new item's price is less than the original item's price, Vehicode will not provide you a store credit or a refund. If the exchanged item costs more than the original, you will be charged an additional fee.
  5. To rush an exchange, you can order the new item in advance and then return the old one for a refund

How to start return and refund or exchange?

  1. Fill out the below form of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  2. After your return request is approved, our support team will get in touch with you through email ASAP.
  3. Please pack your items together with RMA form, ship them back to the indicated return address, and offer us with the tracking number.
  4. After the returns being received and checked, we will issue the refund to you or ship your exchange immediately.

The return and exchange is unavailable if:

  1. The window of 30-day return and exchange is closed.
  2. The returned item belongs to free gifts together with your order

Restocking fee:

Vehicode reserves the right to impose a restocking fee that up to 50% of item sale price on all returns. To avoid any restocking fee, you must:
  1. Return with authorization
  2. Keep the returned items in new conditions that without physical or aesthetical damage, or any modification during installation
  3. Keep the returned items in the original box.

Shipping and handling fee

The shipping and handling cost is unrefundable and there will be a deduction of shipping and handling fee paid in the order, if the return is initiated by the following reasons that includes but not limited to:
  1. The items you received don't reach your expectation, or you personally don't like it
  2. You accidentally ordered the wrong item, wrong size or wrong color.
  3. The order is unauthorized purchase.
  4. Parts fitment failure or incompatibility issue other than quality-related.
  5. Items don't deliver in time.
  6. Order cancelled after the package was shipped out.

The shipping and handling cost will be covered by Vehicode only if the return reason is caused by the fault of vehicode or carrier, including:
  1. We ship the wrong items to you by our own mistake.
  2. Items you received was damaged, lost or stolen in transit
If we determine that to be in one of the cases, we will email a pre-paid return shipping label to you or issue a full refund directly, depending on the situations.
